The concentrator’s operating principle is based on forced separation of the treated ore into two fractions - heavy and light.
Ore separation into fractions occurs as the result of interaction of fluidization water flow, centrifugal forces and gravity field acting on particles in horizontal or inclined rotating rotor. Concentration bed is fluidized by pressurized water injected through a series of bowl water inlets.
We manufacture, supply and commission centrifugal concentrators with capacity from 3 up to 1000 t/h.
