A new hardware complex for gravity extraction of gold produced by Service Technoprom has passed a three-month trial period at the Nezhdaninsky GOK processing plant

The Service Technoprom team gained a completely new experience in the implementation of the project in Yakutia. The interest of the task for the designers and engineers of the company was that the equipment for Nezhdaninsky should not differ in its characteristics, dimensions, and spare parts from the Canadian one already installed at the factory. Knowing about the experience of using foreign concentrators at GOK, the specialists laid down solutions that improved the operational characteristics of the complex. 

In addition, we have come into close contact with standardization, planning and document management in such a large company as Polymetal. And one of the most important points is that we have managed to master new equipment, approaches in lining materials, and rethink the complex management system. Previously, there were only two manufacturers involved in hubs in the world, as this is a rather complex and highly loaded equipment.
