In Shelekhov, Service Technoprom has increased productivity thanks to a national project
The Technoprom Service Company, one of the leading manufacturers of centrifugal concentrators for the mining and processing industry in Russia, has completed the active phase of work in the national Labor Productivity project. As a result, in six months, the team accelerated production processes by more than a third and reduced the volume of work-in-progress by 17%. In addition, the average employee productivity (output) increased by a third.
"The national project "Labor Productivity" in the Irkutsk region is being implemented by the Regional Competence Center. His task is to train employees of enterprises in lean manufacturing tools at one production site so that they can further extend this experience to the entire company. This tool is very useful at the initial stage of the company's creation and at the stage of scaling production, which is currently going through the "Technoprom Service". This project, aimed at import substitution and the use of lean manufacturing technologies, allows you to use all possible resources and constantly improve all processes, which makes it possible to develop domestic technologies more dynamically," said Ruslan Sitnikov, First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Irkutsk Region.
As part of the national project, the company's team optimized jobs using the 5C system, which helped reduce the time spent searching for tools by almost half. And two members of the team received official certificates from internal instructors in lean manufacturing. This will help to continue implementing the tools of the national project even after the completion of work with the experts of the Regional Competence Center.
"The national project helped to organize the work in the assembly shop on 500 square meters more efficiently. Previously, we could assemble only one device at a time, but now, after organizing work on the 5C system, we can work with four at once," said Nikita Kiselyov, director of Service Technoprom.
